1. How do I know SOURCES is a safe online shop?

2. I have created my account with SOURCES but I have not got my OTP yet?
The possible reason could be is your account is yet to be re-check on email /customer phone number. May we request you to write to us at [email protected] in about this – we will cross-check the matter and get back to you in 24 hours.
3. When can I expect new product(s) to be listed on your website?
We are constantly updating our product range so we invite you to visit our website frequently. There is a different column that updates our existing as well as new clients about our latest designer and contemporary furniture pieces. Anytime, you visit our website, you can have easy access to our new products in any category. You may also subscribe to our newsletter. We will keep you posted on all the happenings via our newsletters.
4. Do you ship to my city and location? Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?
Yes, we deliver PAN India and overseas. For rest of the places, delivery charges may vary as it depends upon the location to which the material is being delivered and also the quantity
5. What if the product has missing parts or defects?
Any defective product will be eligible for a replacement. If you received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately email at [email protected] A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
6. What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
7. Typically how long does an order take once placed?
Normally we are 14-16 weeks out. We can expedite if needed, but that will depend on order details, backlog, and time requirement. Please keep in mind the nature of our work. Each piece is handmade and therefore takes time to create. In the rare instance that this time frame runs longer, we ask that you be understanding. We are not willing to sacrifice quality for quantity.
8. It’s been more than the company expected date my items haven't arrived yet. When will I get my order products please inform?
Once the order get confirmed we will be touch in factory production unit for final order completion and we will check the shipping lines for delivery then We will email you about your order’s arrival at your email-ID, provided by you. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately at [email protected]
9. I don’t see an online payment option on your website? How can I make payment for furniture which I have shortlisted?
At present, you can pay via cheque, net banking or other offline modes. Enquire about the product(s) you liked and wish to buy. Call and talk to our executive. They are always keen to guide you on your choices by telling each and every detail about the chosen product. Chat option is also available. Soon we will be integrating online payment model.
10. How much is required for a deposit upon ordering?
40% of the order total is required to process your order.
11. Do you sell custom made and custom designed furniture?
